  1. I rather liked that building. The curves are something nice against the LA backdrop of skyscrapers. But then again, I only saw it when it was under construction, and hadn’t yet gotten it’s oh so shiny finish…

  2. This was the first thing I thought of when I saw the article. . .

    Maybe the rumors about the ShapCC are true. Maybe they did intend it to be non-oxidized copper treated so that it wouldn’t oxidize, but the FAA objected saying it would blind planes. I’m sure you’ve heard that rumor.
