New stoplight turns red when it detects a speeder approaching – I…I don’t know what to think! Will it discourage speeding, or encourage running red lights? I feel like the government shouldn’t be so…diligent about controlling speed limits, but then again they are laws set by people for whatever reasons. Yeah, I dunno.
