MADD votes. College kids don’t.
MADD has lots its focus on drunk driving and is pursuing a counterproductive “war on alcohol” that will be about as effective as the “war on drugs.” The organization needs a shift in direction.
Yeah — they seem on some level to be neo-prohibitionist. If I recall correctly, the US statistics for drunk driving deaths are much higher than many European countries that have no discernible drinking age?
